Elevate Property Group (EPG) has revealed its intentions to develop a residential community in the heart of Birmingham, with the intention of contributing to the revitalization of the surrounding area.

All 111 studio, apartments of one-, and two-bedroom, as well as several larger ground-level duplexes with shared courtyards, are permitted to be built at Chapman’s Yard.

This is the second time that Elevate and Rainer have collaborated on a business transaction to develop a property in Birmingham, which will be the overall 11th development of Elevate in the city.

Chapman’s Yard already has full planning permission for a combination of 111 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a number of larger street-level duplexes with communal courtyards. In addition, there are a number of larger duplexes.

” We are excited to move on with a development that revitalises a vital part of Birmingham’s downtown at a time when Upper Gough Street is being considered a crucial strategic site in the city’s redevelopment,” CEO Steve Dodd of Elevate commented.

” We are a company based in Birmingham, and we are dedicated to playing a part in the revitalization of this incredible city. In addition to this, we are also committed to delivering significant developments in Nottingham, Solihull, and Derby”.

He continued by saying, ” Our work as a private developer is making a significant impact on Birmingham, and the revitalization of the site of the Chapman’s Yard means the city’s central district will soon be home to a new generation of people who are equally pleased to name Birmingham their city.”

” We’re ecstatic to finalise our purchase from Rainer Developments, a fellow private sector firm committed to partnering with residents, business owners, and government to build strong neighbourhoods.”

In addition, Rainier Developments CEO Richard Mees said: For the second time, working with Group of Elevate Property was a delight.

With this prime downtown Birmingham location, we have no doubt that Elevate will construct a high-quality residential community.

Later this year, construction on the development is scheduled to get underway, and it is anticipated that it will be finished in the spring or summer of 2025.
